The Revolutionary Workers' Movement
Synopsis
The essay analyzes the political evolution of the Revolutionary Workers' Movement (MRT) from the 1960s through 1982. The study focuses on three main themes: the intense peasant struggle for agrarian reform, the challenges the return to representative democracy posed for the organization, and the role of Fernando Velasco Abad in the ideological architecture of the left. Thus, it examines the evolution of this political entity from its early days as the URT to its final transformation.
