With the aim of fostering a thematic, conceptual, and methodological renewal of historical studies in Ecuador and the Andean countries, the History Library series features a collection of titles that engage with contemporary historical debates and contribute to an understanding of the complex processes that have shaped the present. It brings together research conducted at universities or specialized academic centers in Ecuador and elsewhere in the world, featuring a solid analytical foundation and covering the fields of social, political, urban, cultural, and intellectual history.
