Ph.D. in Latin American Literature

In 2015, the UASB-E launched its Doctorate in Latin American Literature with the aim of fostering the development and consolidation of a community of researchers in the field of literature in the Andean region, in particular, and Latin America, in general—a community capable of conducting research, teaching, and critical analysis at the highest level, with an emphasis on the themes and issues most relevant to the realities of the subregion and the continent. The “Doctorate in Latin American Literature” series, whose first volume was published in 2020, compiles the dissertations produced in that doctoral program.
